Unrelated Story 2

There was a confident and smart chap named Yin Zhuan who had a great deal of knowledge and was a helpful guy. He began learning from online forums and relearning knowledge as questions were repeatedly asked. He "gave back" what the forum "gave him" by replying with the knowledge he gained over the years.

As Yin Zhuan became more experienced with the topics asked in the forum, he became impatient. He forgot he was like them asking those questions years back. He shot at newbies for asking stupid questions. He condemned their actions harshly.

Not too long after, there was a promotion exercise at Yin Zhuan's workplace. The senior management noted Yin Zhuan's performance and would like promote him. Yin Zhuan was short listed to take on a managerial role.

One senior manager (SM) then received a mass mail. Inside contained a link to a funny online video. The poster of the video had a vaguely familar name. It resembled "Yin Zhuan". He watched the video and found absolutely nothing to do with Yin Zhuan, but, his name was there. It was really strange and he had to find out.

The SM then searched the web for "Yin Zhuan" and the first linked showed a blog. The blog was about him but not written by him. Although the blog made fun of him in silly ways which no senior managers would care, it contained links of the "quarrels" and condescending remarks Yin Zhuan made in forums.

The remarks painted him in a very bad light. The SM searched for the forums for the excerpts and showed the rest of the SMs in the promotion meeting. Although he is smart, efficient and highly regarded in the company, he had showed a dark side to his superiors which nobody in the company knew before that. The condescending remarks undermined Yin Zhuan's leadership potential.

In the end, the he did not get the promotion. His SM did not explained nor had anyone else. He continued his ways and he led a "double" life - a nice and capable guy in the real world, and a complete dick in the digital realm.

Unrelated Story 1

In a neighbourhood primary school, there was an irritating punk, Zhang Ree, who terrorised the class.

Boy: "Teacher, what does 'pompous' mean?"
Bully: "Shuddup lah, can don't ask stupid questions or not?"
Teacher: "If you don't like the question, please keep quiet."

Day in day out, the bully annoyed everyone in the class and they hated the bully. But nobody did anything about.

One day, a new pupil joined the class. He experienced the terror firsthand. He knew something had to be done for the benefit of the class. He assembled 2 friends who were severely terrorised and drafted up a "revenge" plan.

While the bully dozed off in class one day, they crept up to him and pasted a flower and a label "I am a girl" on his back. Throughout the day, the bully walked all over the school not knowing he became the biggest joke of the day.

At the end of the day, he found out about the prank. He felt angry at first, but after realising his "face" and ego were at stake, he put up a brave front.

Bully: "Hey guys, thanks for the flower! It made me look really good! Whoever you are, I'm not angry at all! In fact, I loved the attention!"

The whole class was shocked. First, everyone knew he was just faking the whole "not angry" front as he was clearly angry initially. Second, the reasons for being not angry were just lame and stupid. Even 12 year olds knew that was insulting and humiliating. Evidently, the bully was in a complete denial - a flower clearly labelled "I am a girl" - can never be anything proud of.

The next day, the bully dozed off again. This time, the avengers did something more. They sprinkled chalk powder on the bully's hair and stuck a sticker to his back, "I'm an old woman who loves flowers". Not funny to adults but that was damn funny to children.

This time, he discovered it early. But again, his "face" mattered so he showed a brave front again. He thanked whoever did that and claimed it made him looked like Richard Gere. (WTF?!) Everyone in class was amazed at his rebuttal. A handful of the class actually smacked their foreheads in amazement, and with "are you kidding?" written all over their faces.

Later in the day, the bully thought about the "sufferings" and then he complained about being bullied to the discipline master (DM). The DM heard his side of the story and then interviewed the the rest of the class. The class unanimously informed the DM that the bully didn't mind the pranks but instead, enjoyed them! The DM also found out for the rationale of the pranks. Although the two pranks were harmless and benign, he warned the class not to cross the line, which the avengers hadn't. Therefore, there was no point for the DM to waste time catching the "perpetrators".

The DM returned to the bully and asked him.

DM: "If you don't like being the joke of the whole school, then don't encourage them to play more pranks on you. You asked for it."

DM: "And... ever wondered why are you being targetted? Why not ABC? Why not XYZ? If you don't want to be bullied, don't do it to others."

As the bully left the DM's office, he saw a giggling classmate. Instead of learning the lesson, he told the classmate off.

Bully: "Never see before Richard Gere is it? I love flowers, cannot ah?"

While looking through Google Analytics, I wondered, why would this blog have referrals from Youtube.

Damn, if not for JS, I'd still be left in the dark about the ADOLF HITLER ORCHARD GUDANG VIDEO somebody made! And don't you tell me you did this behind my back because I'm busy!

You must either be damn free or damn creative to do the video. Ok, I give it to you. It's really good. It had made my photo edits look like child's play. It shall appear below.

My my my... check out the videos of this crazy dude!!! Standing and singing like a pro, or was it?

You gotta observe the amazing facial expression of this fella in the following video. He's performing as if he's on the freaking Singapore Idol! Gimme a break, dude! You look like a RETARD!

This last video really takes the cake. Either he's high on drugs, really piss drunk, or he's just a real wacko. But we gotta give it to him for realising THE DESPERATE NEED FOR HAIR TO COVER HIS BOTAK HEAD!!!

The poor botak cockster who "grew" hair ditched his precious wig after 41 seconds in the video, revealing his true, ugly and sad self once again.
